Please send in your “before” photo with your starting weight ONLY. While I understand participants may be tempted to be untruthful about starting weight, this will not beneficial in this show, and total weight loss is only for the purpose of categorizing each participant.
Your before picture does not have to be from the date of registration. For example, day you register is October 22, 2023, Before photo is from December 30, 2022.
Rules for Photos:
Submit photos by email as soon as you register
The photo you want to be displayed on stage.
Please use good lighting and show your face in your pictures.
The 3 year mark just means that we only want photos from no longer than 3 years ago to show off your overall Journey.
Competitors will submit a 90 second video sharing information about your experience and your journey.
Videos should be shot in landscape mode, meaning your phone should be held horizontally lengthwise, parallel to the ground.
